What you will learn:

  • Practice a full yoga class designed to target major muscles and actions needed for riding
  • Learn the anatomy of riding with a focus on correct posture
  • Discuss and practice pranayama (breathing techniques) for biking
  • Learn tips for keeping the body healthy while riding (i.e., postural adjustments, in the saddle exercises to keep the muscles healthy, etc.)
  • Learn self-massage tips both for pre and post ride
  • Take home handouts with pre-ride mini flow, post-ride mini flow, self massage tips, and in-the-saddle exercises for long rides
