If we haven't met before register as "Unpaid" to reserve a space for your mat. If you have a package deal click "Make a Single Reservation".

Cancellation Policy: Must cancel 1-hour prior to class start time or class will be counted against your existing package.

Monday + Wednesday  
7:00 am - 8:00 am Sunny Side Up (all levels)
Wake up on the right side of the mat with a vinyasa flow class guaranteed to make you sweat and smile.

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Takin' a Breather (all levels)
Take a break from the boss man or wo-man and release some midday stress with this challenging flow class.

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Not-So-Rushed-Hour (all levels)
Get out from behind the wheel and onto the mat. First sweat through our flow class then hit the brakes for relaxing restorative poses.

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Nightcap (all levels)
Prepare to hit the sack with this stress relieving 60-minute flow class followed by soothing restorative poses. You'll unwind and learn yoga poses to help you breathe deep after a long day at work.

Tuesday + Thursday  
6:30 am - 7:30 am Sunny Side Up (all levels)

Beginner Basics (beginners)
Break down yoga poses step by step and feel free to ask questions in this beginner-friendly class.

Roll out of bed, slide your slippers on and head over to The Yoga Mat with your morning coffee in-hand. No greasy sausage here, just a fun flow class to start your day off right. Bed head encouraged.

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Sunday Funday (all levels)
It's Sunday Funday so it can't be a bad time! Bring your body to the mat and we'll bring the party.
